Given their busy schedules helping Singapore in the medical field, I didn’t actually get to meet them until a week before their actual wedding. Pei Shan had been in contact with me since more than a year ago, she was always so endearing and sincere through her whatsapp conversations that I went ahead to confirm their engagement without our usual first meetups. I’m so glad I did.
They truly are the most genuine of people. Openly caring and loving to those around them and even more so to each other. I still recall how I was so choked up during their vows, as Jarrod recalled Pei Shan’s steadfast love and support through a particularly difficult time in his life. Nary a dry eye.
A day filled with so much joy, laughter and love, these two are going to go very far together.
