When I first met Ivan and Kim over coffee a few months back, they both struck me as very gentle and quiet (in spirit) people. They were obviously in love, but in their own quiet and confident way.
I was actually just engaged to shoot their actual day wedding by their kind sister (Jade of Time Taken to Make a Dress) as a gift to her younger sibling. Ivan and Kim wanted to do a casual pre wedding session and so we set a date in eager anticipation.
Ivan and Kim wanted to capture a glimpse of their daily lives, things they love doing together, in a place where they felt most comfortable in. Home.
We spent the first part of the shoot in their lovely new abode before heading out to a location where they spent their early dating days having evening walks and just enjoying being in each others presence.
It was a beautiful day indeed.
